7 pieces of cayenne pepper, finely sliced
How to make
1. Clean the shrimp, split the back and mix with the ground spices, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, and lime juice. Let stand for about 30 minutes until the spices absorb.
2. Insert each 1 shrimp onto a skewer. Grill until cooked and prawns change color.
3. How to make soy sauce: Mix Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, lime juice, shallots, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
